I know that engagement photographers in Utah have been really busy this past month, and so was I. I feel so blessed and humbled by meeting so many wonderful couples who trust me to take their engagement photos. I think of the many people who will receive their invitations and it puts a smile on my face.
Taylor and Ashley … Where do I even begin? These guys were so much fun to work with. They are so cute and funny. They kept telling me that they are not very photogenic, but LOOK AT THEM! They are SO HOT! Ashley contacted me way back in July about an engagement session. We brainstormed and decided to take photos at Little Sahara sand dunes park. I absolutely love this location. It is just so me and my photography style – very simple background which brings focus on the couple, with pastel tones and beautiful sunsets.
I’m very happy with the result. I think this is one of my favorite engagement sessions and favorite locations ever.
I hope you guys are enjoying this wonderful fall season with beautiful colors and so many pumpkins in the stores. I definitely enjoy this weather, but have some excitement about upcoming winter as well 😉

Location: Little Sahara sand dunes. We took photos at Sand Mountain area. It was Saturday, so it was pretty busy with four-wheelers. I would recommend going there on a week day. You can drive into the park even when it’s officially closed for four-wheelers. It makes it nice to be there without interruptions from the four-wheelers. Keep in mind that the sunset at Sand Mountain is 30-40 minutes earlier than the Salt Lake City sunset time because of the surrounding hills.
